Healthy Communities takes Earl Haig's ECO council's environmental activism to a whole new level. Not only do we strive to invoke the spirit of environmentalism in our school, but we also provide people with opportunities to get involved in exciting environmental events and initiatives happening all across Toronto. We look beyond the boundaries of our school, and try to reach out to others in our community. So far, we've promoted events such as the Beyond Green Youth Summit, and organized a community walk to school event to celebrate International Walk to School Day. But be prepared Earl Haig, there is so much more to come!
